PRESCHOOL

Our preschool program is designed to serve families with children ranging from 3 to 6 years old. Parents do not need to be working, in school, or referred to us by USMA to be eligible to register their child(ren) for Preschool. All children are welcome; however, priority is given to Tsaxana Residents.

Our team comprises licensed ECE professionals and staff working towards their ECE designation. At present, three dedicated staff members are working at the daycare. We follow the guidelines of the Ministry of Children and Families and the direction of the Council of Chiefs to ensure the safety and well-being of our children.

Our Preschool is open from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, subject to change. We prioritize effective communication and believe in building strong relationships with parents and guardians to create a supportive and inclusive environment for our children.

Please note that children must be fully potty trained or at least capable of using the toilet independently when prompted. Our current hours are Monday to Thursday, from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, aligned with SD84 breaks and holidays. The Preschool is closed during Summer Break, Winter Break, Spring Break, and all statutory holidays, and it does not conduct sessions on Fridays.
